Cloud computing describes a new supplement, consumption and delivery model for IT services based on internet protocols and it typically involves provisioning of dynamically scalable and often virtualized resources. Most cloud computing infrastructures consist of services delivered through shared data centres and appearing as a single point of access for consumers computing needs. The main aim is to get the inhibitors of cloud environment and pursue a research using ISM so as to unfold the interrelationship among the inhibitors. These inhibitors will affect the services of the cloud computing directly or indirectly. Inhibitors are classified into four clusters based on the driving power and dependence power relation. In this way an action plan has been formulated for mitigating the most sensible inhibitors. The analysis should help the new and exciting cloud computing environment and should be useful to analyze the security issues of cloud computing.
