The objective of this work is to study the positioning of the innovation attribute in the competitiveness of the organization, which provides internal characteristics for competitiveness, through the analysis of the influence of external strategies and the influence of internal strategies. External strategies align the organization with external needs such as Society, Market and Science and Technology, and internal strategies align internal needs and external strategies with the innovation attributes represented by Organizational Excellence, Organizational Quality, Infrastructure, Human Talent and Inputs. Exploring the correlation matrix model - Strategies by Strategic Perspective vs. Innovation Sub-atributes, it will be identified which are the main strategies that generally interfere in the competitiveness attribute: Innovation.
