Adrian Raynor, a former headteacher with some fifteen years experience is a freelance education management consultant and an accredited performance management consultant. He is involved in online and face to face training for the UK's National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) courses, and lectures on the doctorate in Education course at the University of Huddersfield.
