Karol Mysliwiec - since 1969, member of archaeological missions in Egypt, Syria, Sudan and Cyprus. Director of Polish-Egyptian rescue excavations at Tell-Atrib (ancient Athribis) (1985-1995); head of Polish-Egyptian excavations in Saqqara (1987-2015). Author of 300 publications concerning archaeology, art, and religion of Ancient Egypt.
