School facilities have direct as well as indirect impacts on the school's learning environment and students' overall learning outcome. Besides this, the institutional schools' utilization practices also impact on the learning environment. The findings show that the community schools were highly supported and funded by government of Nepal, donor agency and local community members. These schools are not improving the management and utilization practice. Accordingly, student learning outcome is descending in its order. It signifies that few man decisions are effective to get better school learning environment.
