This work was done for giving a solution for society. Because in this study I have chosen two types of training for developing football players performance. Reason for chosen that training was without core and lower body strength as a human being we could not able to any physical activity effectively even if you want to stand, walking, jogging, bending, jumping and so on if you want to do these kind of activities we must have core and lower body strength otherwise you may fell down so ultimately it is the base of all kind of physical exercises. So if you are following plyometric and core training automatically we can perform well when compare others this is not only for football game for all sports and games obesity peoples moreover all the football skills are directly related to lower body and core stability for an example while kicking the ball we have to have an strength to kick more distance and we need core strength for balance our body after the kicking the ball like wise all the football skill are directly related to these both trainings such as heading, shooting, trapping, dribbling, throwing and goal keeping and so on for that reason I am presenting this for you all.
