Applying anticipatory guidance to dental preventive education is an organized way for all dental providers to enjoy the attention of parents and be more successful in preventive dentistry. Early dental intervention using an individualized approach such as anticipatory guidance may be the next frontier in dental caries reduction.Children with nursing caries and receiving comprehensive dental care are more susceptible to lesions of approximal surfaces of primary molars than are children initially caries free.
