The monograph presents modern data regarding the clinical and immunological aspects of the development of coronary heart disease (CHD) in young patients, taking into account the etiopathogenetic risk factors for the development of the disease, in particular dyslipidemia and the imbalance of the cytokine system. This monograph cites modern literature sources from CIS countries and foreign countries. The studied literature data allowed the authors to consider some factors of predisposition to the development of coronary heart disease in patients, especially at a young age. The main etiopathogenetic factors are dyslipidemia and cytokine imbalance. Based on the authors' own clinical and laboratory research, the features of the course of coronary heart disease in young patients are described depending on the etiopathogenetic risk factors.
