Use of newer ICTs in agricultural extension system does not only enhanced the pace of agriculture development but also speeds up the communication process, transfer of technology process, real time information and other benefits with increased infrastructure and improved capacity, skills, capability and communicability of extension professionals. Various ICTs projects were initiated by public and private sectors to benefit the farming community and other stakeholders in the agriculture system. As a linkage between research and farming community, extension personnel were updated on how to use these ICTs in field to help the farmers to communicate information, solve problems, update and empowering with knowledge and skills, building confidence in farming occupation through technology and even market their produce.Present research work highlights the linkage between agricultural extension professional and ICTs. The findings include ICTs initiatives in agricultural extension system, attitude and perception of extension professional towards use of ICTs, obstacles and strategy suggested.
