This paper investigated Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the Management of Universities in South-South Nigeria: Rivers State; Issues, Challenges and Prospects. In line with the purpose of the study, three research questions and three Null hypotheses were formulated by the researcher to guide the study. A sample size of 360 Respondents of both Male and Female Students from One Federal University (UNIPORT) and One State University (RSUST) were randomly selected from the population of the study, which consisted of one hundred and thirty-three thousand, eight hundred and two (133,802) students in South-South Nigeria respectively; as at the year 2009, by the National University Commission (NUC) survey data. An instrument called Information and Communication Technology Questionnaire (ICTQ) was used to collect data. The instrument ICTQ had a Four Point Likert Rating Scale of Strongly Agree (SA), Agree (A), Disagree (D) and Strongly Disagree (SD), which was validated by my supervisor and other experts in measurement and evaluation and its reliability coefficient, was computed to be 0.65 at 0.05 significance level. Also, the book is meant for various levels of Audience.
