I think IBM can do it. In this new dream after 23 years of IBM, I was thinking about how special it was to be part of IBM over the years. To be favored with a job with IBM was impressive unto itself. I dreamt that IBM could be #1 again and it start by making its employees feel like I felt while working for this great company during the Watson years. Besides a profound change in management philosophies which I will explain. IBM needs a secret weapon to become #1 again. The good news is IBM has that weapon and it would not take much to deploy it. This books tells what the weapon is; where it came from; why this weapon is so great; and how IBM can use it to definitely become #1 again.
