After being convinced that Hypertension is not a Disease but is a Symptom, he implements his Alternative Treatment; which is an "Eight Step Plan," without the use of Prescription Medication, that addresses each step of the Plan and how each step contributes to his total person, Body, Mind, Soul, and Spirit: 1. Diet/Menu; 2. Water; 3. Air; 4. Exercise; 5. Monitoring; 6. Courage; 7. Faith; 8. Spirituality. Each of these steps dealt with a particular aspect of what and who he is. In other words, he will explain how Food, what he ate, was only one-fourth of what he is; how Water, what he drank, was one-fourth of what he is; how Air, what he breathed, was one-fourth of what he is; and how Spirituality, what he believed and practiced, was one-fourth of what he is.
