This study was designed with an aim to investigate the relationship of Human Resource Management practices and faculty turnover intention. Moderating role of perceived organizational support between the proposed relationship of independent and dependent variable has also investigated.The study employed the survey method approach. The researcher had collected the survey data for statistical analysis to test the hypothesized relationships between the variables which were studied.
