Donald T. Critchlow is Professor of History at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. He is the editor of the Journal of Policy History, and author of The Conservative Ascendancy: How the GOP Right Made Political History. Emilie Raymond is Assistant Professor of History at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. She is the author of From My Cold, Dead Hands: Charlton Heston and American Politics.
