Healthy eating as a practice of eating out among people has tremendously grown over the years. The elements that contribute to the steady increase in the demand for healthy eating products are not, however, clearly reported. Apparently, Customer satisfaction and loyalty are major elements that contribute to market growth. According to research, companies which are customer focused are more likely to satisfy their customers and also benefit from repeat patronage. This indicates that customer loyalty is an outcome of customer satisfaction. It is not however known, whether this relationship applies to healthy eating product consumers. The researcher set out to investigate healthy eating product customer satisfaction as a determinant of customer loyalty. A cross-sectional analytical design was used to distribute questionnaires and make observations on study samples (74 out of 147 HEP restaurant and 382 HEP customers) that had been randomly sampled. The researcher hypothesized that there was no significant relationship between healthy eating product customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in selected restaurants of Nairobi City County, Kenya.
