The author is the Assistant Professor of Management in University of Gujrat Pakistan. He obtained M. Com degree from Peshawar University Pakistan and PhD in Management Sciences from University of the Punjab Pakistan. He started his career as a lecturer of Commerce and Accounting in Govt. Postgraduate College of Management Sciences Chitral in 1998.
