After his return from India, many men and women traveled from all over north America to come and receive healing. Pastor Ray believed that the ministry of healing was every believer and was surprised to see that many of these believers were not able to receive healing ministry in their hometown, the result, the training and discipleship ministry of Ray Of Hope was born.
