Rebekka is a 20-something (getting close to a 30-something) from Finland, who grew up basically everywhere else. After ten years in South Africa, she had a huge culture shock arriving in Finland, with zero knowledge of the popular culture, and wildly under prepared for minus degrees and snow. She has lived around Europe ever since, slowly learning to be content with wherever she happens to be. Currently, home is in Salzburg, Austria, with her husband and newborn son, one of whom encourages her to write whenever she gets the chance, the other mainly seeing her as a food source - for now.
