FLANDIT
A label Billor has fled for the last ten years. Flandism is the most radical and rigid sect of Monidism, a sect that sometimes alienates its followers like Billor or angered kings like Merkvor.
Billor and four others are recruited by King Merkvor to find Weslin, the major city of Flandism, so that the king can destroy it with the huge army he has gathered.
The king appoints Billor as the leader of this diverse group: Lorbon, an expert in weapons of the past and an advocate against all religious intolerance; Margona, the guide and a seeker of laws eternal; Allon, a devout Miltar belonging to a radical religious sect that opposes Monidism and believes that spreading the word through holy war is just and proper; and Helen, a fighter of few words who lets others lead until their goal of finding Weslin is threatened.
These five journey through dangerous lands in which others will kill them if their fellow party members don't first. As they travel, each meets his or her own spiritual fate, and Billor discovers there is more to God and the world than he learned in Flandism.
