Satinder Dhiman, PhD, EdD, MBA, MCOM serves as Associate Dean, Chair, and Director of the MBA Program and Professor of Management at Woodbury University’s School of Business.  He holds a PhD in Social Sciences from Tilburg University, Netherlands; a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, Los Angeles; an MBA from West Coast University, Los Angeles; and an MCOM (with the gold medal) from the Panjab University, India. He has also completed advanced Executive Leadership programs at Harvard, Stanford, and Wharton.

Professor Dhiman teaches courses pertaining to ethical leadership, sustainability, organizational behavior & strategy, and spirituality in the workplace in the MBA program. He has authored, co-authored, and co-edited over 17 management, leadership, and accounting related books and research monographs, including, most recently authoring: Holistic Leadership (Palgrave 2017); Gandhi and Leadership (Palgrave 2015), and Seven Habits of Highly Fulfilled People (Personhood 2012); and co-editing and co-authoring, with Dr. Marques, Spirituality and Sustainability (Springer 2016) & Leadership Today (Springer 2016).

He is the Editor-in-Chief of two multi-author Major Reference Works: Springer Handbook of Engaged Sustainability and Palgrave Handbook of Workplace Spirituality and Fulfillment and Editor-in-Chief of Palgrave Studies in Workplace Spirituality and Fulfillment and editor Springer Series in Management, Change, Strategy and Positive Leadership. Some of his forthcoming titles include: Leading without Power: A New Model of Highly Fulfilled Leaders; Bhagavad Gītā: A Catalyst for Organizational Transformation (both by Palgrave MacMillan); and Conscious Consumption: Diet, Sustainability and Wellbeing (Routledge, 2019).

Recipient of several national and international professional honors, Professor Dhiman is also the winner of Steve Allen Excellence in Education Award and the prestigious ACBSP International Teacher of the Year Award. He has presented at major international conferences and published research with his colleagues in Journal of Values-Based Leadership, Organization Development Journal, Journal of Management Development, Journal of Social Change, Journal of Applied Business and Economics, and Performance Improvement. He also serves as Accreditation Mentor and Site Visit Team Leader for the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) for various universities in America, Canada, Europe, and India.

Professor Dhiman is the Founder-Director of Forever Fulfilled, a Los Angeles-based Wellbeing Consultancy, that focuses on workplace wellness, sustainability, and self-leadership. 

 
Joan Marques, PhD, EdD, MBA has authored/co-authored/co-edited more than 14 books on management and leadership topics, including Business and Buddhism (2015), in which Buddhism is approached as a leadership psychology, and Leadership and Mindful Behavior Action, Wakefulness (2014), in which she provides directives to leaders to adopt a wakeful mindset and abstain from the sleepwalking mode. She is also the author of Courage in the Twenty-First Century (2013) and The Awakened Leader (2007), and co-author of, among others, Leading Spiritually (2014), Business Administration Education (2012), Laughter is the Best Teacher (2011), Stories to Tell Your OB Students (2011), From Me to We (2011), Managing in the 21st Century (2011), The Workplace and Spirituality (2009), and Spirituality in the Workplace (2007). 

Professor Marques is a co-founder and editor-in-chief of three scholarly journals: The Business Renaissance Quarterly, Journal of Global Business Issues, and Interbeing, Journal of Personal and Professional Mastery. She presents a weekly radio program titled “De Andere Kant” (The Other Side) on Mart Radio, and has been a long-time columnist for De Ware Tijd (The True Times), one of the largest newspapers in Paramaribo, Suriname.
