Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is a mechanism of human mind, learning process and elements of cognition that is used for the development of artificial agents, which may simulate various human-like processes. Human brain structure is very complex and to develop the mechanism of AGI, it is important to understand the human brain at behavioral, capability and functional level. The hurdle in achieving AGI in agency is the lack of rationality and weakness in manipulation of behavioral changes. Due to this, agent is not capable to make its own decisions in multiple situations where as human phenomenon is somewhat different from an agent. Human has an ability to act differently in different situations as well as if the situation is same but environment is different. In AGI, it is certainly promising to observe the growing attention that it has received in the past few years. In AGI, learning new skills and acquiring new knowledge are provided by new developmental techniques in cognitive agent. An intelligent agent can perform following tasks on the basis of its cognitive processes parameters perception, reasoning, decision making, problem solving and action.
