The concept of HRM practices and employees satisfaction is not new, but with the passage of time HRM department of any organisation has become the key to success for the entire organisation. The HRM practices vary from organisation to organisation and country to country, and the organisational culture is the most important factor which gives the guideline to employees to work. In this study the author will critically analyse the HRM practices and its impact on the performance and satisfaction level of the employees. The in depth study of the culture of the organisation and employees commitment is the part of study because these two factors are really important in the success of the organisation. The area of study is the MCD of NP and LHR. Both the genders and full time part time employees are the population of the study. In this dissertation the author will compare and analyse the thinking of employees of Newport McDonalds (UK) and Lahore McDonalds (Pakistan) about the HRM practices, culture of the organisation, and their commitment towards the organisation.
