Progressing with his magic under the teaching of Healer McGarkin, Garig learns of his destiny that is actually already laid out before him. Healer McGarkin is not only a powerful mage, but also the Head Mage of the Guardian of the Dragons family, as well as Head Mage of the Council of Mages. Garig is to inherit these positions and responsibilities. He left home as a young teen, but comes back as a young mage, now Lord Garigard Kirton.
