He has served as a panelist and keynote speaker on different topics relating to building maintenance and the construction sector. He supervises and guides Ph. D. and MSc students. Based on a previous funded research, he has developed a ‘Building sustainable maintenance management model’ to guide designers, developers and policy makers in the Malaysian real estate market. His latest book: “Building Maintenance Processes and Practices” published by Springer is one of the most downloaded books based on the latest report.
