O autorze

Han Phoumin is Senior Energy Economist with the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia. He has more than 20 years of experience working at various international and inter-governmental organisations related to the energy market and technologies, environment, integrated water resource management, and governance.

Farhad Taghizadeh-Hesary is Associate Professor at Tokai University in Japan. He is vice president and co-founder of the International Society for Energy Transition Studies. In 2022 he was listed on Clarivate’s list of Highly Cited Researchers. He specialises in energy economics, energy policy and green finance.

Fukunari Kimura is Professor in the Faculty of Economics, Keio University, Japan. He is also Chief Economist at the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia since 2008. He specialises in international trade and development economics.
