Hugo Grazer had endured a childhood filled with sibling rivalry and just finished three brutal years of junior high. In 1983, his oldest brother and sister were out of the house and high school showed promise. He was looking forward to finally being treated like a semi-adult. What Hugo discovered was that the high school had changed to include a Freshman class, bringing all his troubles with them.
