PhD student in Civil Engineering (Environmental Sanitation) at UFC, Master in Development and Environment at UFS, Bachelor in Civil Engineering at IFS and Specialist in Environment and Basic Sanitation at UNIMAIS. He is a member of the Water and Energy Research Group (IFS/CNPq).
