Dr. Deborah L. Floyd is a Professor of Higher Education Leadership at Florida Atlantic University. She is Editor-in-Chief of the Community College Journal of Research and Practice. Her research focuses on leadership, community colleges, student affairs, and baccalaureate models.
Dr. Cristobal Salinas Jr. is an assistant professor in the Educational Leadership and Research Methodology Department at Florida Atlantic University. His research promotes access and equality in higher education for historically marginalized communities.
Dr. Ethan C. Swingle is a recent doctoral graduate of the Higher Education Program at Florida Atlantic University. His research interests include intercollegiate athletics, with a focus on student athlete transfer experiences.
Dr. María-José Zeledón-Pérez is an Assistant Professor in the Communication Studies Department and co-director of the World Cultures Program at San Diego City College.
