Keeping students abreast with areas of skills shortage in labour markets was identified as the most vital strategy to improve graduate employability. The majority of graduates do not even know where to start from after college. Others are; Developing a well-planned educational training system, developing skills through co-curricular activities, developing graduate intellectual skills such as ability to communicate, Developing professional expertise in core competencies and Developing expertise in Computer aided design.
