Second, it also brings out the challenges of disaster management.

Mishra, AmitDr. Amit Mishra is a Senior Assistant Professor in Political Science and Head, Faculty of Social Sciences at the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies, Sarnath, Varanasi, India. He is an alumnus of Delhi University where he did his Ph.D and M.Phil in Political Science with a doctoral research.
