Gus finds himself once again sorting his way through the counties many odd facets; from the stale pathos of local politics to the red hot passions of gun enthusiasts, environmental activists, drug dealers, and corporate executives. Along the way Gus finds himself discovering not only his long lost convictions, sympathy, but also an unusual rogues gallery of suspects. There is nothing so routine about this world but its constant uncertainty and volatility."
