The implication of globalization for both developing and developed countries defers in its degree. Currently, lots of countries labeled themselves as democratic. It is a fashion by which all the democrats and the dictators are named and clustered together to live in the process of globalization. My hypothesis in this regard is that our democratic sovereignty will be surrendered by those who exercise a power greater than that of the people. So what we have in the future is a world which is governed by big capital owners. The study was focused on this area, with the general objective of examining its effect on Africa both economically, politically and culturally. The findings of the study revealed that the challenges of globalization on democracy emanated from its nature of "money politics." The fight for power in time of election and in all circumstance is not to serve the people and their countries. The fight among citizens for power itself is not their own creation and interest only. Therefore, African countries should have reformed their own institutions. They have to work on changing the behavior of their people relying on the "self help" principle.
