Terry Simmons teaches political science at IUPUI and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Miami. He published The Visionary, The Custodian and the Russian Siloviki: A Russian Renaissance in December 2009. A member of the Atlantic Council of the United States, he has served as a consultant to the American government for international relations.
