This book includes the derivation of time like geodesic motion in Kerr-de Sitter space-time. Also, the analysis of the equation of geodesic motion in Kerr-de Sitter space-time has been presented. It is found that the rotational velocity in the flat portion increases with mass and curvature of that rotation curve is dependent on cosmological constant. Here, the values of the mass, cosmological constant and angular momentum per unit mass (Kerr parameter) of different galaxies are estimated assuming the circular motions of the galaxies and their rotational curves. For this, method of non-linear least square curve fitting technique is used.
