Volker studied Surveying at the University of Bonn, Germany and
obtained his PhD in GPS Surveying from the University of New
South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 2003. He was a Lecturer in
Surveying and Spatial Sciences at the University of Tasmania
(2004-2008) and is currently GNSS Surveyor at the NSW Department
of Lands, Bathurst, Australia.
