What happens to us when we die? Do we survive death by entering another world on the other side? Clint Foster, a rancher on his way home in West Texas, after a long cattle drive to Abilene, Kansas battles marauding Cheyenne warriors and dangerous outlaws. Riding alone on that fateful day in the late 1800s, carrying a saddlebag full of money, he hopes to avoid any confrontation with bandits looking for an easy target. Almost fearless, he is alarmed when dark clouds appear on the western horizon. Seeking shelter as the deadly severe storm strikes, he becomes disoriented and lost in the onslaught of lightning, thunder and heavy rain. When he sees ghostly Confederate soldiers riding down below him in the valley, he is puzzled. While preoccupied with the apparitions that appear during the strange devilish storm, a dark figure wearing a black hat, cape and riding a black horse nearly runs him down. Feeling terror tugging at his heart, he follows the soldiers that soon vanish in the intense, hellish storm. Lost and confused, Clint wanders into a town called LIMBO that is even stranger than the storm. Richard Canfield, owner of the stable tells him that when people die, their souls come to LIMBO on their way to the other side. He is terrified to learn that all of the people in LIMBO are dead, except for him.
