I love Vance Hawkins summarizing statement, "We get whiter ever generation...soon our Indian blood will be forgotten utterly, erased like footprints in the snow...we'll likely be forgotten, too. So where is our Indian blood? It seems to be drying up, like a creek bed in the drought of the heat of the summer sun. But once upon a..."
