They seem to be buying time, keeping their head down, just trying to get by. I affectionately refer to these people as "potatoes," and hope to find opportunity to help them off of their coach in the future. I'm not saying, by the way, that I am perfect and have explored every possible path to determine to reach my optimal level of performance and potential, but I've made a continuous effort and celebrate the results and experiences that come from this every day.
