At that time orange alerts were issued by the United States to create a climate of fear and thereby stifle any critical debate of its foreign and domestic policy. The feminist thinkers presented in this volume are alert that such a critique is needed. The Editors: Lisa N. Gurley is a Ph.D. candidate in political philosophy at the New School for Social Research (NY). She received an MA from the University of Toronto and a BA from Fordham University.
Claudia Leeb, Ph.D. from the University of Vienna and Ph.D. candidate in political philosophy at the New School, is the author of Working-Class Women in Elite Academia and Die Zerstörung des Mythos von der friedfertigen Frau.
Anna Aloisia Moser is a Ph.D. candidate in philosophy at the New School. She earned an M.A. in linguistics at the University of Vienna and studied philosophy at Humboldt and Free University in Berlin.
