It is in the concern of finding our origin that we started to research on how, where we came to Finkessiyoro? Our methodology was based on the narration made by the elders of the village; oral tradition; remarkable facts and family links between the surrounding villages. Our objective was to find out when the village was founded and how it was founded and by whom. To do this, we based ourselves on our family tree from father to son and on the average age at the head of the village, of the chiefs who succeeded one another. This method allowed us to have the approximate date of the foundation of the village and we also wished to trace the life in the past and in particular to list the models of development for a better future for the inhabitants of the village. We made a description since our origin since the empire of ghana; from the empire of Mali to our days. This work will be a reference for the future generation.
