Dr. Azam Gill's doctoral dissertation on William Faulkner was delivered summa cum laude by Stendhal University, France. He is a former tenured Lecturer at Toulouse University II and a French Foreign Legion veteran. He has authored two thrillers, four non-fiction books and several articles on diverse subjects.
