There are other precautions you need to take to ensure the safety of yourself and your possessions. Be aware of your surroundings, particularly after dark, and keep valuables close to you. Be aware that pick pocketing and bag snatching can occur. These problems are probably no worse than they are at home but they can ruin a holiday if you are a victim. We believe that every place in the world provides unique experiences which make a visit worthwhile. We encourage you to explore, meet the locals and grab each new opportunity as it arises.
