We are sons of God now, through faith in Christ Jesus, through water baptism and through the baptism of the Holy Spirit. According to the Scriptures Jesus has redeemed us from the slavery of the elements of the world and "placed us as sons" into being "masters of all" principalities and powers in the heavenly realms."
