Keeping all this in view, the main objective of the present book is focused on the invasive and non-invasive imaging tools with respect to their merits and demerits for the diagnosis of CAD. Moreover, this review also highlights the evolving concepts of traditional and novel inflammatory markers involved in CAD.

Dr. Pawan Krishan is serving as Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Research, Punjabi University Patiala. He has 20 years of teaching and research experience and has guided three PhD students. He has expertise in carrying out experimental animal studies for various metabolic disorders and clinical studies.
