The main argument of this book is that neither China, nor Russia, with its limited military capacity and growing domestic woes, cannot destroy the liberal international order and create an alternative world order in the foreseeable future.

Valeri Modebadze is a professor of International Relations at Georgian Technical University and teaches different subjects in International Relations and Politics. He has published so far 9 books, and 80 scientific articles in different prestigious scientific journals.
