This work is interesting at least for its scientific approach based on the latest events across the EU and the latest official statistical data. A new point of view about the public policies and their involved actors is followed by detailed analyses of all representative European public policies. The analysis in each chapter covers global, regional and national context and is based on a triple levels approach: juridical, economic and political. Distinct impact studies are realized in order to complete the theoretical approach. The latest challenges for the EU as the Greek crisis, the refugees crisis or Brexit are covered by these. The main conclusions of this work are focused to the necessity of changing the political approach on the EU in order to face better to the new regional and global challenges.
