Ms. Chen is the author of Practice Guide of Overseas Banks’Cross-border Financing and Guarantee to Chinese Enterprises, Practice Guide and Legal Analysis of Cross-border Financing of Chinese Enterprises, and has participated in editing many monograph on law.
