O autorze

Paul Arthur Berkman is Head of the Arctic Ocean Geopolitics Programme at the Scott Polar Research Institute at the University of Cambridge and a Research Professor at the Bren School of Environmental Scienceand Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is an oceanographer working on interdisciplinary connections between science, policy and information technology to promote cooperation and prevent conflict in the Arctic Ocean, Antarctica and regions beyond sovereign jurisdictions more generally.
