O autorze

Alexandrina Maria Pauceanu received a Ph.D. in management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. She is a Full Professor with over 10 years of national and international teaching experience, for-profit field and consultancy in both multicultural and multilingual environments. Currently she is teaching in Middle East (Oman) and also in Switzerland. She travelled to the Sultanate of Oman to implement her knowledge of SMEs and entrepreneurship and found herself in a community to which she could make significant contributions.
