The author ,holds Dip. Education, BA Ed (Hons.), MA (Ed.) and currently he is undertaking his PhD studies. He has taught at secondary and University levels.He taught at Mwasayi Secondary School and from 2008 to- date serves as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Dodoma.
